We want you to love your BeautieFix products. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, even if the product has been opened or used.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@beautiefix.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll reply with a return authorization and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@beautiefix.com.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions
Gift cards are non-refundable.

The fastest way to get a different product is to request a refund for the item you have and place a new order.
